Who we are
Shotvero is a Manchester-based pre-launch creative platform. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, email shotvero.manchester@gmail.com.
What we collect
For customer early access, we may collect your name, contact details, location, occasion and content preferences. For creator applications, we may also collect social handles, portfolio links, equipment, skills, availability and the information you choose to submit.
Why we use it
- To manage the early-access list and relevant launch updates.
- To review creator applications and prepare the future creator network.
- To reply to questions and keep our forms and website secure.
Our lawful basis
We rely on consent for optional launch marketing, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and operating a secure pre-launch service, and steps requested before a future contract where someone asks about a booking. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Who receives it
We use trusted service providers such as Google for forms and email, and our website hosting provider. We do not sell personal information. We only share information where needed to provide the requested service, protect the platform or comply with law.
How long we keep it
Pre-launch enquiries and waitlist information are reviewed regularly and deleted when no longer useful, when consent is withdrawn, or within 24 months of the last meaningful contact unless the law requires longer. Unsuccessful creator application information is normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain uses. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We will verify requests before acting.
This notice will be updated before commercial bookings and payments begin.
